Football Club Lausanne-Sport plays in the Suisse Super League. The Club was founded in 1896 under the name of Montriond FC, but started playing at la Pontaise stadium in 1904. The Club has won seven Suisse Championship titles, and also won the Suisse Cup nine times. The Club has qualified 23 times for the European Cup.
