Ospreys

The Ospreys have established themselves as the leading team in Welsh rugby, and one of Europe's big hitters, in the 11 years since they were formed via a merger between Swansea and Neath RFC's. Playing at the 20,700 capacity Liberty Stadium in Swansea, the Ospreys have already won for Celtic League titles, more than any other team, as well as defeating English giants Leicester Tigers at Twickenham in the 2008 Anglo Welsh Cup Final. Possibly their most famous win came in 2006, when the touring Australians were defeated at the Liberty Stadium in front of a capacity crowd. The Ospreys remain the only Welsh regional team to defeat a major touring nation.
